The Wedding Reception
Are you planning a sunset wedding ceremony followed by the traditional cocktail hour and dinner reception? Or perhaps you are thinking about having a wedding in the morning sun with an outdoor, or indoor brunch afterwards? Sunset or sunrise? Indoors or outdoors? Casual or formal? The choices are many, and the choice is yours.
MANGROVE BAY CAFÉ
The majority of the wedding receptions are held indoors, at the Mangrove Bay Café, which is our restaurant located in the hotel. We have a seating capacity of 100-120 people. The entire restaurant including dining room, bar lounge, dance floor and a small DJ stage, would be closed off for your event.
Smaller wedding receptions are held in part of the dining room. A sliding wall will divide off a smaller part of the dining room to make a more private and intimate wedding reception. This room has a seating capacity of 35-40 people.
We will provide banquet tables and chairs, all white linen, napkins, table skirting, a head table, cake table, gift table, and a guest book table. We would also like to offer you complimentary use of our centerpiece mirrors and votive candleholders. You are welcome to bring your own centerpieces and decorations.

PINCHERS TIKI BAR AND GRILLE
We also have wedding receptions on our Tiki deck. The seating capacity on the deck is about 60-80 people. The Tiki deck would be closed off for your event, but the Tiki bar would still remain available to the public. You would be using the outdoor furniture (tables and chairs) that we use on the deck on a daily basis and in addition to that, we provide all white linen, napkins, table skirting, a head table, cake table, gift table, and a guest book table. We would also like to offer you complimentary use of our centerpiece mirrors and votive candleholders. You are welcome to bring your own centerpieces and decorations.
Some restrictions apply regarding time of year, and outside entertainment for the Tiki deck. Please contact our Sales & Catering department for pricing and more information.
